Welcome to OCD Rigging Photos!

My name is Tom Punchur. I claimed the name of OCD Rigging many years ago as a ridiculously picky FAA licensed parachute rigger. I was already working in the skydiving industry as a freefall photographer and videographer…long before a GoPro was found in everybody’s bag and on their helmets to capture their fun! Having had a passion for photography since being a teenager it seemed like the natural way to combine my art with the sport I was so involved in.

Today at 65 my days of skydiving are over after medical issues led to me becoming partially bionic with the addition of some titanium parts. But the love of capturing precious moments in a photograph hasn’t faded a bit! If anything it has become even stronger now that retirement is upon me and I have the time. The subjects I choose to shoot are not boring jobs that have been requested, they are a true testament to sharing the passions and things that make me happy in life!

Enjoy this collection of some of my favorites from the last few years. If you see anything you like and want me to do something similar or have an interesting concept in mind just reach out. Who knows, I may give it a go! I have said for years that I’ll try anything once…and twice if I like it!
